• "Player" means any registered individual who holds a verified account on the Platform and uses its services.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration, through which all wagering, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus activity is conducted.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or play placed using real-money funds or bonus credits on any game, betting market, or other product available on the Platform.

3. Account Management and Security

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not. You must keep your username and password confidential and must not share them with any other person. 777bad may at any time, and without prior notice, suspend or close an Account if we have reasonable grounds to believe that it is being operated in breach of these Terms, that the Account holder's identity is not as represented, or that continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the security or integrity of the Platform.

4. Deposits

Deposits on 777bad are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through approved payment channels. The currently accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and select other local banking options as updated from time to time on the Platform's deposit page.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time or within a few minutes, subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider.
• 777bad does not impose a fee on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own service charges, for which 777bad accepts no liability.
• You may only deposit from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will result in the return of funds and potential account suspension.
• 777bad reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits on individual accounts at its discretion, including as part of responsible gaming measures.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of the KYC verification process. Until KYC is approved, 777bad may hold pending withdrawal requests without processing them. Players are encouraged to complete verification promptly after registration to avoid delays.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever operationally possible.

11. Limitation of Liability
